NCATS Federal Technology Transfer Workshop: Measuring Impact, Innovation, and Efficiencies

The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) invites you to participate in the workshop FEDERAL TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER: MEASURING IMPACT, INNOVATION & EFFICIENCIES, organized and hosted by NCATS’ Office of Strategic Alliances (OSA)

The purpose of this event is to bring Technology Transfer leaders, policy makers, thought leaders, and innovators in the Technology Transfer field together to discuss and exchange ideas on how to best qualify and quantify the impact of Technology Transfer on the stakeholders it serves.

This two-day workshop will feature talks, panels and viewpoints on how best to qualify and quantify the impact of federal technology transfer on the stakeholder community it serves. Joining the panels are scientific program leaders and technology transfer experts from government, academia, pharma, biotech, entrepreneurial and patient advocacy communities. The workshop will open with remarks from Dr. Joni Rutter, NCATS acting director, and a keynote address on “Protecting and Promoting Public/Private Sector Partnerships Is Critical to Our Future” by Joseph P. Allen, president of Allen and Associates.
