Measuring and Communicating Impact: Benefits of What We Do Using Stories

This session focuses on how to gather and use local and regional stories to demonstrate the value of technology transfer and build support among key stakeholders. Participants will learn how to encourage stakeholder action, including financial support, by effectively using content from the FLC Story Gallery and digital storytelling through the Lab Tech in Your Life initiative. In addition to stories, the session highlights how metrics and case studies can be used together to broaden understanding and clearly communicate the value and impact of technology transfer to diverse audiences.
