Federal laboratories are required by law to publish a notice of proposed exclusive licenses of available technologies. The purpose of the publication is to provide an opportunity for public comment. Comments generally must be received within 15 days from the publication date of the notice. Comments are submitted directly to the federal laboratory and will be reviewed accordingly.
