UPDATE: The organizing committee of the Midwest Defense Innovation Summit has made the difficult decision to postpone this year’s event, scheduled for October 25th and 26th. Ongoing challenges and travel restrictions for both industry and government caused by COVID-19 have made it impossible to execute the summit to the high standards we established. All registration fees for the 2021 event will be refunded and accommodations booked through the official summit website will be canceled. Organizers are currently working to reschedule the Summit for Spring 2022. Please watch for additional information and more details in the coming weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you next spring!
The Midwest Defense Innovation Summit serves to convene individuals, entrepreneurs and organizations that are developing cutting-edge innovations with policymakers and defense leaders who are helping steer the nation's defense strategy. The summit provides an opportunity for policymakers and defense leaders to speak with industry, academic, and government organizations, big and small, to provide insight into future defense strategy.
In 2021, the Summit is being organized as a hybrid event in order to suit the needs of all interested attendees. We encourage those that are able to travel to join us in Carmel, Indiana where you can safely enjoy the top notch speakers, exhibits and networking opportunities with fellow industry leaders. The online-only option will allow interested individuals and organizations to participate in the Summit from anywhere in the world and dynamically interact with speakers and fellow attendees in real time.
