Mr. John Dement, OSD T2, will present Partnership Intermediary 101, which will take a look at changes stemming from the 2020 DoD PIA Study in the revised DoDI 5535.8, training and education, etc. as well as the evolving roles of PIAs in the DoD.
Mr. John Dement is detailed to the Office of Secretary of Defense, Research & Engineering, Laboratories, & Personnel leading Department of Defense Technology Transfer. He has served on the FLC Executive Board for a dozen years as a Member at Large, Regional Coordinator, and currently as Chair. John just celebrated his 30th anniversary as a Navy civil servant at the Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Crane Division (NSWC Crane).
