Texas Venture Fest: Austin brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, and ecosystem partners for a day of programming, networking, and conversations designed to strengthen the Texas innovation ecosystem.

Jamela Mavrakis, Partnerships Manager with the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC), will attend and speak on the “Resources for Innovation: USPTO & Federal Labs” panel at 3:00 PM. The discussion will highlight how federal resources can support innovators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, including opportunities to engage with federal laboratories, access technologies and expertise, and build partnerships that help move innovations toward the marketplace.

Following the daytime programming, FLC will also be tabling alongside the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) from 5:00–8:00 PM, providing attendees an opportunity to connect directly and learn more about federal technology transfer resources and partnership opportunities.
