- U.S. Patent No. 8,638,440, issued January 28, 2014, titled “Plasmonic Transparent Conducting Metal Oxide Nanoparticles and Films for Optical Sensing Applications”.
- U.S. Patent No. 8,741,657, issued June 3, 2014, titled “Nanocomposite Thin Films for Optical Gas Sensing”.
- U.S. Patent No. 8,836,945, issued September 16, 2014, titled “Electronically Conducting Metal Oxide Nanoparticles and Films for Optical Sensing Applications”.

Supplementary Information: SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal Government’s patent rights in these inventions are assigned to the U.S. Government as represented by the Department of Energy. It is in the public interest to license this invention because Sensible Photonics Inc. has submitted a complete and sufficient application for license. The prospective exclusive license within a particular field of use will be royalty-bearing and will comply with the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7. The prospective exclusive license may be granted unless, within 15 days from the date of this published notice, the U.S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, Research Planning & Delivery directorate receives written evidence and argument establishing that the grant of the license would not be consistent with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
