Army Aviation Collaborates with National Institute for Aviation Research to Develop Apache Digital Twin

In an effort to accelerate the Army’s transition to 3D digital engineering practices, the National Institute for Aviation Research has teamed up with Army Aviation to develop an Apache Helicopter Digital Twin virtual prototype. This will provide the Army with models and methods to train new engineers and maintenance crews, create digital work instructions, and expose users to digital engineering principles.
