The 2020 FLC Midwest Regional Awards were recognized on Wednesday, October 28, at the FLC Midwest & Southeast Regional Meeting.
The Interagency Partnership award went to the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory, and the National Nuclear Security Administration, for their work on a Sustainment Management System for Government/Commercial Facility Management. The Excellence in Technology Transfer Award went to the US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service, Midwest Area, for its work on Tools for Identifying Host Microbes for Viruses and Antimicrobial Resistance. View their award profile here.
Both awards were celebrated at an Awards Luncheon during the Midwest & Southeast Regional Meeting.
In addition, Johnette Schockley of the US Army ERDC discussed the winning team's findings during a keynote lecture on Tuesday, October 27.
