Profile your lab's tech transfer opportunities for free at 2021 MDLS Bio Innovation Conference

The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation and the Federal Laboratory Consortium invite federal laboratories to profile their technology transfer opportunities, at no cost, at the Maryland Life Sciences Bio Innovation Conference 2021. The event will be held on October 4-5 2021.

Labs interested in this opportunity are required to create an online profile in the virtual conference business partnering system so that conference delegates seeking to collaborate with labs can:

A) locate your technology transfer interests, and

B) communicate with your point of contact so that more detailed conversations can be established at a mutually convenient time (not necessarily at the conference itself).

Business partnering opens on August 30, 2021. Labs should notify the organizers of their interest before September 3 by emailing [email protected]

Hosting a laboratory profile in the virtual business partnering platform will require you to outline a brief overview of your labs mission; broad research areas of interest and Office of Technology Transfer process; hyperlinks/media/collateral that provide more detailed information on patents/license opportunities etc.; and the contact details of your representative. Last year, 546 delegates from 324 companies participated in the business partnering system.
