Ken Takeda

Ken Takeda is a Regional Outreach Officer for the Western Regional Outreach Office of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), located in San Jose, California. Ken manages outreach and education programs for inventors, entrepreneurs, startups, intellectual property practitioners, K-12 STEM education students and teachers, and numerous other communities within the western region which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. Prior to joining the USPTO, he was a senior legislative staffer in Washington D.C. for a Member of Congress who represented Silicon Valley. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and University of South Florida, respectively.
