Personal care assistants attending the meeting with you do not need to register. However, if your assistant plans to eat or drink the provided food and beverages during coffee/tea breaks, lunches, or receptions, we ask that you pay a special fee. Contact the FLC at [email protected] for pricing.
All of the hotel’s meeting spaces, public spaces, and on-site restaurants are accessible. All levels of the hotel are accessible by elevators.
Real-time closed captioning of all plenary sessions will be available in English and will also be available as transcripts following the sessions via links that will be provided. Closed captioning will be provided for every training course, session, and plenary.
Microphones will be used by speakers and will be available for audience participation.
Accessible restrooms are available on each level of the hotel, including locations near the meeting spaces.

The hotel has a level entrance with automatic doors and the route to the elevators is level. Elevators lead to the guest and meeting rooms. Multiple wheelchair-accessible guest rooms are available, each with a walk-in shower or tub and grab rails. Meeting rooms are large enough to accommodate wheelchair access. Lunch tables will provide ample space for wheelchairs, and volunteer assistance will be available upon request.
