Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) New Mexico is leading the way in laser, optical, and space supremacy technologies.
The Technology Engagement Office supports that mission by connecting the private sector and academia with AFRL resources to develop new technology and create opportunities for industry growth. They also offer some of the most innovative STEM opportunities in the country, designed to inspire and cultivate our next generation of innovators.
In addition to work in the laboratory, the Technology Engagement Office is dedicated to advancing technology through partnerships with the private sector, academia and entrepreneurs through various economic development initiatives.
The Technology Engagement Office is hosting a web-based Ask Me Anything event to discuss Educational Partnership Agreements and to answer questions you may have related to their program office. This event will be held on Thursday, February 25, 12:00pm-1:00pm EST/ 10:00am-11:00am MST.
This event will feature three panelists including Matthew O’Brien (Tech Transfer Program Manager), Melissa Ortiz (Tech Transfer Agreements Specialist Lead), and Shannon Carr (Tech Transfer Agreements Analyst).
