Open Oceans - a minority woman-owned company founded through the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) FedTech Foundry Program has just licensed two revolutionary patents from the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific. These patents include a reinforced snap-hook featuring a dual-direction spring latch, as well as a universal portable Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) launch and recovery system. This new company through its partnerhsip with NIWC Pacific is poised to bring game-changing innovations to market in marine technology.
