PEER (Partners Engaged in Extramural Reporting) Challenge Prize

The PEER (or Partners Engaged in Extramural Reporting) Challenge Prize seeks proposals from the public of implementable incentives to increase Bayh-Dole compliance. The PEER prize website is live. The competition will accept proposals from October 28 to November 13th at 5pm.
Submit solutions that incentivize recipients of federal R&D funding to comply with Bayh-Dole reporting requirements.
