The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Playhouse Square, and East 4th Street shopping within a mile. The hotel is connected to The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, and the West 3rd Street Station is just opposite of the hotel. There is an indoor pool, fitness center, and a top-floor lounge with views of Lake Erie open Tuesday - Saturday.

Connectivity 

Complimentary basic Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and common areas. High Speed Wi-Fi will be provided for all FLC attendees in the meeting space, Tuesday -Thursday. 

Fitness Center and Pool 

The pool and fitness center are located on the 6th floor. The fitness facility is open 24-hours, and the pool is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with key access.

Attire and Weather 

Attire for the 2023 FLC National Meeting is business casual. Average daytime high temperature in Cleveland in March is 45°F (7°C); the average low temperature is 31°F (-0.5°C). Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, FLC recommends bringing a light sweater or jacket with you to the meeting and event space.

• All levels of the hotel are accessible by elevators.  
• The handicap accessible elevator is located on the lobby level.
• All guest rooms are accessible to meeting and event space.  
• Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on all levels. 

Restroom Access: Accessible restrooms are available on each level of the hotel and are near the meeting spaces. 

Microphones: Microphones will be used by speakers and will be available for audience participation.  

Walking: All FLC’s training courses and educational sessions are on the third and fifth floors.  

Wheelchair Accessibility  

The hotel has a level entrance with automatic doors, and the route to the elevators is level. Elevators lead to the guest and meeting rooms. Multiple wheelchair-accessible guest rooms are available, each with a walk-in shower or tub and grab rails. Meeting rooms are large enough to accommodate wheelchair access. Volunteer assistance will be available (upon request) to help with meals, and there will be space for wheelchairs at meal functions.

Cleveland Travel Information

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is 12 miles (17 minutes by car) from the Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel.

• Taxis Pickups and drop-offs are made at the taxi entrance, South end of Baggage Claim. ➢ Average taxi rides are $45 from the airport to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. For more information, click here.
• Shuttle Service: neither the hotel nor the (CLE) offer a courtesy shuttle; however, if you are looking for a ride-share to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown, go here for information on the Super Shuttle. • Limousine Service There are numerous limousine companies that provide service to travelers at (CLE). All limousine service must be arranged in advance. Here is a list of limousine companies (with contact information) authorized to wait on airport grounds. All limousine operations are currently operating on the east end of the terminal in the “old limo lot”.
• Ride App Lyft and Uber ride share pick-up, and drop-off can be coordinated on either the upper (departures) or lower (arrivals) roadways.
• Car Rental (CLE) has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds. Shuttle service is available for all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. The rental car shuttle departs from the rental car shuttle door across from baggage claim 7. The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately 5-7 minutes.
