Make the most of your experience at the 2026 FLC National Meeting!

Ever wonder how seasoned attendees make the most of each event, session, and conversation during this action-packed and informative event? We’ve put together answers to the most asked questions about our 2026 National Meeting to help you maximize your time and leave with an unforgettable experience.

The National Meeting will be May 12 – 14, 2026. All event and program times for the National Meeting are listed in U.S. Pacific Time (PT).  

The National Meeting will be held at The Westin Seattle in Seattle, Washington.

Online registration will open in early December and continue throughout the National Meeting, through May 14, 2026. However, the deadline to purchase or add a ticket to the FLC Awards Ceremony is April 30, 2026. After this date, we cannot guarantee admission to the Awards Ceremony, including for walk-in National Meeting registrants.  

All forms of payment are accepted, including purchase orders, check payments, and wire transfers. We also accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  

Cancellation of registration must be submitted to the FLC in writing, via email, to [email protected]. Cancellations must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. ET on April 13, 2026, to receive a refund (less a $150 registration cancellation processing fee). After the deadline, no refunds will be granted. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.  

Substitution of a registered FLC attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. ET on April 13, 2026. A $50 processing fee will apply to all substitutions.

Be sure to pick up a "First Timer" ribbon from the ribbon wall near registration and attach it to your badge. This lets National Meeting veterans and FLC leadership know you're new here. Board members and FLC leadership make it a priority to connect with and welcome everyone displaying this ribbon. 

Meet fellow first-timers and pick up helpful tips and insights at the First-Time Attendee Session on Tuesday, May 12.  

Meals, breaks, and social receptions are ideal opportunities to mingle in a more relaxed atmosphere. Don’t worry about running out of business cards — use the FLC Connect app (iPhone and Android) to share contact information, send messages, and more.
