Room Rate Information
- $188.00 single/double, government-rated occupancy based on 2025/2026 prevailing federal per diem rates.
- Rates apply three days pre/post conference, based on availability.
- The hotel will not issue a charge to your credit card for the reservation. You may cancel without a penalty up to 72 hours before check-in.

- Check-Out: 11 a.m. PT
- ID will be required at the time of check-in.
**Reservations must be made by Tuesday, April 21, 2026, to secure this rate. After this date, the room rate is based on hotel availability and occupancy.
Ground Transportation
The Westin Seattle is located 15 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
- Taxis: Average taxi costs are $45 – $60 from SEA to The Westin Seattle.
- Shuttle Services: Neither the hotel nor the airport offers a courtesy shuttle to The Westin Seattle. However, the airport offers private car service starting at $65.00 each way with advance reservations. Check the SEA website for additional information.
- Rideshare Apps: Lyft and Uber prices range from $50 to $60 from SEA.
- Car Rentals: All car rental agencies currently operating at SEA are located at an off-site 24-hour Rental Car Facility (3150 S. 160th St., SeaTac, WA 98188), where free shuttle buses will transport passengers to and from airport terminals.
- Public Transportation: Sound Transit provides service to and from SEA. Visit the website for planning, schedules, and tickets.
- Hotel Parking: Self and valet parking are available for overnight guests. Self-parking is $60 per day. Valet parking is $68 per day with in/out privileges.

- Relish Bistro: A contemporary dining experience, Relish Bistro combines Seattle's culinary influence with classic plates. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. PT and for dinner Wednesday – Saturday from 5 – 10 p.m. PT.
- Relish To Go: Proudly brewing Starbucks Coffee, Relish-To-Go offers a full-service barista and a variety of nourishing snacks, juices and baked goods, plus quick breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. PT.
- 1900 FIFTH Bar + Lounge: A curated wine and craft cocktail experience, this downtown Seattle bar features small plates highlighting the Pacific Northwest's freshest flavors and Washington's best wines. Open daily from 3 – 11 p.m. PT.
Hotel Amenities
- Connectivity: Complimentary basic Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and common areas. High-speed Wi-Fi will be provided for all FLC attendees in the meeting space from Tuesday through Thursday.
