Part 1: Understanding the New Awards Plan and Award Categories, Noon - 12:30 pm ET

This panel discussion will cover what criteria or characteristics representatives should look for in choosing the activities or technologies to nominate for an award. Questions to ask include: 

  • What is the significance of the nomination? 
  • Does it meet/fit squarely all or most of the award criteria? 
  • Do you have the support of stakeholders or others in the submission? 
  • Is the technology easily understood and worthy of submission? 
  • Does it broadly or narrowly represent your laboratory? 
  • Does the nominee have support of laboratory leadership for the submission?

Part 3: How to Put Together a Winning Award Submission, 1:45 - 2:30 pm ET
