The Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO) is having an Open Forum to talk about TEDCO’s Federal Programs and how TEDCO works with businesses and federal labs.
Leading Innovation to Market. TEDCO provides Maryland entrepreneurs with funding, resources and connections that early-stage technology and life sciences companies need to thrive in Maryland. TEDCO's role is to be Maryland's leading source of funding for early-stage, technology-based businesses; to provide other business assistance to entrepreneurs throughout the state; and to foster technology transfer and commercialization from the state’s universities and federal labs.
Through its Federal Programs, TEDCO engages with federal research labs to convert scientific research into new jobs, new businesses, and mission-focused solutions. Through formal agreements with federal labs, TEDCO introduces businesses to the wealth of intellectual property, knowledge and expertise, and innovative equipment and facilities that are available through partnership with labs.
