Be a part of SBA's inaugural Innovation Ecosystem Summit, November 15-17

The Small Business Administration (SBA), an FLC partner, invites you to its inaugural Innovation Ecosystem Summit, from November 15 to 17, 2021. The free, virtual event is curated to connect entrepreneurial support organizations (ESOs) from around the country to leverage one another and build inclusive innovation ecosystems.

The three-day event is packed with exciting sessions on a variety of entrepreneurial topics, such as public and private funding and inclusive entrepreneurship. On Tuesday November 16 at 3:15 EST, FLC Executive Director Paul Zielinski will lead a discussion on "Connecting with the Federal Lab Community."

The summit also aims to explore disruptive ideas and ground-breaking insights, bringing revolutionary minds together to reflect on what the world will look like 50 years from now.

Attend to learn about:

* start-ups and small businesses, particularly those that are trying to build out and commercialize their technologies — any of whom could be a future partner for your lab.

* the new and thriving ESOs working to help those potential partners succeed by connecting them with federal labs and agencies.

The virtual format allows innovation communities throughout the country to join and participate from afar. All geographic levels (city, regional, national) and all high-tech sectors (health, energy, agriculture, etc.) are welcome and encouraged to attend, particularly those focused on underrepresented communities.
