The Air Force Small Business Technology Transfer (AF STTR) program, a $97M small business program, is reaching out to Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Serving Institutions (HBCU/MSI) with an opportunity to apply for funding of research and development through strategic partnerships with small businesses. The Air Force HBCU/MSI Outreach Initiative's Strategic Plan is to address barriers that exist in the traditional Air Force Acquisition process; expand the use of Open Topic solicitations, eliminating lengthy and cumbersome proposal processes; and to reach thinkers who might not have otherwise considered doing business with the U.S. government. https://airforcetechconnect.org/
The AF HBCU/MSI Outreach Initiative seeks to partner, network, and connect universities, small businesses, and industry to matchmaking and competitive proposal writing opportunities and more in support of funding the development of technology to the United States warfighter.
