Join us on April 6, 2021, from 2-3 p.m. ET for the Industry Partnerships webinar: Program Exploration | Finding Your Way Through LRBAA.
In previous Office of Industry Partnerships webinars you heard from DHS and S&T representatives about all the resources available to you and now we’re taking a deep dive into one of S&T’s many innovation funding programs!
LRBAA (Long-Range Broad Agency Announcement) is a standing, open invitation to the scientific and technical communities to propose novel ideas that address the highest priority operational needs for DHS components. A traditional Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is fairly specific in its subject matter requirements. The LRBAA is not. By design, it covers a wide range of subjects and is short on details. This enables S&T to contemplate proposals for original research that fall outside the scope of its more narrowly defined BAAs.
During this live webinar, you will hear from DHS S&T’s LRBAA Program Manager about the latest release of new topics and how to use the LRBAA Program to work with S&T and fulfill DHS research and development needs.
Hosted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate's (S&T) Office of Industry Partnerships, Insights Outreach is a monthly webinar series about navigating DHS S&T partnership opportunities for the innovation community, including small businesses and start-ups, interested in doing business with S&T. Join Industry Partnerships the first Tuesday of each month to learn about S&T partnership opportunities, DHS mission needs, and alternative paths to funding to help get the best homeland security solutions to market faster.
The Insights Outreach webinar series will include the Office Industry Partnerships (OIP) program explorations, engagement and contracting workshops, innovative technology demonstrations, and commercialization success stories from the community working with S&T. You will hear from Industry Partnerships program managers, partners across S&T, and DHS component customers.
