The FLC Communications Committee will be accepting submissions for the 2015 Planner now through Friday, August 8, 2014, and we invite you to submit your images! The Planner features an array of images displaying the innovative research and development in our nation’s federal laboratories, and is a powerful tool in highlighting your capabilities and projects.

New this year, we created an online form to simplify the submission process; and all content must be submitted via this form. We also suggest that you coordinate your submission with, or through, your agency’s FLC Representative or public affairs office.

Here’s what you do:

Go to http://planner.federallabs.org/2015/ and complete all parts of the submission form, including uploading images. Each submission must include:

  • A high-resolution image or illustration of the featured technology that showcases the R&D conducted at your lab. (Full size, 300 dpi or greater, and in one of the following formats: TIFF, JPEG, EPS, PSD, or AI)
  • A photo caption explaining the story of the technology’s scientific relevance and potential impact. (Captions MUST be 100 words or less.)
  • A photo credit
  • A high-resolution version of your lab’s logo.

Now’s your chance to have your coolest, most cutting-edge R&D effort hanging on everyone’s wall! The Planner is distributed to more than 10,000 people throughout the FLC community, reaching beyond only other federal T2 professionals to scientists, industry, academia, and members of Congress as well.

If you have questions regarding the submission criteria or deadline, contact Denise Wainer at dwainer@utrs.com or 856-667-6770, ext. 170. We’re excited to see all the great images and projects you have to share!
